When a user places an order in the online store, they will automatically receive an order confirmation sent to the valid e-mail address provided. With this confirmation, Endeavour Electronics Ltd. notifies the user that the order has been successfully accepted through the system.
Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day if placed by 4:00 PM (16:00), except for products marked with delayed delivery.
When ordering products with delayed delivery, the user may choose whether:
only the currently available ordered products are shipped, or
the entire order is shipped once all ordered products become available within the timeframe specified in the delayed-delivery product description.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Endeavour Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to request additional confirmation of an order, including by telephone or e-mail. This may be done in all cases where there is doubt regarding user information, address details, or payment related to the transaction.
If unclear or incomplete address or contact details are provided, a representative of Endeavour Electronics Ltd. will contact the user for clarification by e-mail or telephone. Failure to confirm the requested information by phone or e-mail will automatically result in order rejection with additional notification. If the user refuses to provide the information required by Endeavour Electronics Ltd. for order fulfillment, the refusal will automatically lead to order cancellation with notification to the user.
We work with the courier company Speedy, and our customers benefit from preferential courier rates. Delivery time depends on the selected transport service.
Available delivery options include:
Delivery to a Speedy office;
Delivery to the specified address;
Delivery with inspection / inspection and testing option;
Shipment instructions – the recipient may provide advance instructions in case they are not found at the address or if special delivery instructions are required;
Priority delivery – option for delivery at a specific time;
Declared value – shipment insurance or increased shipment liability.
Delivery charges depend on the characteristics of the shipment and are calculated according to the courier company’s tariff.
Endeavour Electronics Ltd. is not liable and does not owe compensation for delivery delays caused by the courier, incorrect address information provided by the user, delivery schedules for small or remote settlements, and/or force majeure circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
The delivery address is the address specified by the user or, upon request, a designated courier office.
Changes to the delivery address or other user details after an order has been placed apply only to future orders, unless the user contacts us in due time to apply the changes to an order that has not yet been dispatched.
In all cases of possible delays beyond the stated delivery timeframes, the user will be promptly notified by a company representative.
Endeavour Electronics Ltd. is not responsible for changes to delivery schedules made by the courier company after the order has been dispatched.
Endeavour Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to refuse confirmation of any online order due to insufficient stock or for other reasons. In such cases, the user will be informed of the refusal and the reason via e-mail or telephone. Available goods are processed and shipped to the user via Speedy within the delivery timeframes corresponding to the selected service.

After order confirmation, the goods are handed over to the courier company Speedy, according to the user’s selected delivery option and the delivery terms of Endeavour Electronics Ltd.
The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company or another delivery service provider.
In cases of incorrect or incomplete delivery address, contact person, and/or telephone number provided when placing the order, Endeavour Electronics Ltd. is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.
Ordered goods are delivered by courier to the user’s specified delivery address or courier office within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the product characteristics and destination. Longer delivery times may apply for products requiring specialized delivery. In such cases, delivery timeframes are agreed upon and confirmed with the user in advance in writing and/or by telephone.
For deliveries within Bulgaria, shipments are carried out by Speedy under Speedy Standard 24h service or delivery to a Speedy office.
For international deliveries outside Bulgaria, shipments may be carried out by DPD Economy Service, DHL, TNT, Bulgarian Post, or another licensed international carrier.
Upon delivery by the courier company, the shipment must be carefully inspected by the user or an authorized third party. Any visible damage, impacts, or defects must be recorded in a Damage Report, provided by the courier and completed in the courier’s presence. The user must retain a copy of this report and immediately notify Endeavour Electronics Ltd. in order to exercise their rights.
Upon handover of the goods by the courier, the user or an authorized third party signs the accompanying accounting and delivery documents. An authorized third party is any person who is not the order holder but accepts the delivery at the address specified by the user.
Prices listed in the online store do not include delivery costs. All shipping costs are borne by the user/recipient and are payable upon delivery. Delivery fees are calculated according to Speedy AD’s tariff and can be verified via the shipment tracking link and tracking number provided in the confirmation e-mail sent by the system of Endeavour Electronics Ltd. to the user’s valid e-mail address.
All promotions, such as free delivery for a specific period, minimum order value thresholds, and loyalty discounts, apply only to orders placed by registered users through the online store order form. These promotions do not apply to orders placed by phone, e-mail, or contact form.
Orders that are not collected or received within 7 days are automatically canceled in the online store system.
